Explaining the PCP Structure
Loksa has structured its offerings into individual business opportunities. Each opportunity is represented by a Preferred Customer Programme (PCP). This gives you the flexibility to grow into other sectors of the building industry by simply purchasing another programme type.
The Preferred Customer Programme is a limited opportunity with a finite number of programmes sold in each country.
New Zealand PCPs will only be offered for sale on the basis of a one-off payment. Your PCP has a lifespan of 20 years.
As Loksa enters new markets overseas, PCPs will become available based upon Loksa’s scheduled launch of a showhome. This is called the pre-launch phase. PCPs bought on a one-off payment basis will be available during the pre-launch phase in each country. Once sold out and the showhome has been launched, Loksa will only operate under a subscription model.
This framework will be duplicated throughout the world, initially in three countries: New Zealand, Australia and the USA.
Expanding your reach into other countries is as simple as purchasing the PCP you want for that country. The same familiar Loksa structure and systems are available in each region, making the transition from one country to another extremely straightforward.
Loksa PCP Types
The PCPs are divided into two groups. The difference being that Preferred Customer Programmes in Group One have a limited number of Programmes available and can be resold on the open market, whilst Group Two has been established specifically for projects that are developed in conjunction with Loksa on a one-off basis.
Group One Residential PCP
The Residential PCP entitles you to build new turn-key residential dwellings that do not exceed three levels in height. Preferred Customers can choose from our Loksa Home Series or design their own homes through Crofts Co, Loksa’s architectural and design partners.
Homes must be ordered complete at the specified stage of construction with individual building components prohibited from being purchased and re-sold separately.
There are two graduated tiers within the Residential PCP. The second tier allows you to increase the number of houses you build per year by paying an additional fee. The amount of that fee is dependent upon which payment option you purchased your PCP under: One-off Payment or Annual Subscription.
To graduate to a higher tier requires an additional payment.

Group One Commercial PCP
The Commercial PCP allows you to use the Loksa system to build new commercial and industrial buildings. Should the Preferred Customer wish to build a new commercial building using alternative systems other than Loksa Systems (e.g. tilt slab concrete), then the structural and finishing elements needed to complete the project can be purchased separately under the commercial PCP.
Group Two Joint Venture – (Projects) PCP
The Loksa Joint Venture (Projects) PCP allows developers to take advantage of the benefits of Loksa’s marketing, design and development team, in order to bring large scale projects to the market. This PCP is offered on a one-off basis and the terms and conditions associated with this PCP are assessed on a case by case basis. This PCP would typically be purchased by a developer wanting to construct a Loksa-built project on their land.
