Mike Ball - Head of Strategic Planning

Mike has accumulated ten years in the property development industry as well as ten years in marketing and communications. Recent undertakings include developments in Wanaka, New Zealand, and an integrated marina resort in Fiji. Mike’s key role is to establish the company’s vision and future growth strategies internationally for Loksa and its group of companies.

Ken Thompson - Network Consultant

Ken has had many years experience in logistics and international networking. While based in Japan for eleven years, Ken distributed heavy machinery and vehicles to the Australia, Ireland, the UK, South Africa and New Zealand. Ken has been the owner and operator of many businesses ranging from the food, vehicle and property industries. Ken has been with Loksa for the past five years setting up networks for sale procurement of equipment.

Dale Anderson - Australasian Sales and Marketing Manager

Dale comes to us with a extensive background in sales and marketing having worked for many years at Ansett New Zealand and Air New Zealand. Having had a successful corporate career, Dale has since owned numerous Franchise business’s including Eagle Boys Pizza, Corporate Direct Wines and Mr Rental. Dale’s key role is the sale of PCPs and building key relationship with Loksa AIRs.

Carl Pavletich - Technology and Communication

Carl holds a Bachelor in Visual Communication Design degree and has 12 years of experience in the design industry covering systems architecture and interface, product and graphic design. Carl is responsible for leading the development team of Loksa’s technology partner Engineware. He has worked closely with some of New Zealand’s top developers as a communications consultant as well as project managing large teams.

Roger Brady - CEO – Crofts Co.

Before moving to New Zealand, Roger worked for the largest construction company in southern Africa, project managing large residential property developments of up to 600 homes each. He has formal qualifications in Civil Engineering (NZ equivalent of the Bachelor of Engineering Technology (Civil) degree), Sales, Marketing and Project Management. Roger is heavily involved in developing new products for the construction industry such as crumbed rubber underlay and mass loaded vinyl from recycled products. Roger has worked with Loksa’s management on several projects since 1998.

Paulo Silva - Architectural Designer

An experienced qualified Architect (Brazil) with over 20 years local and Brazillan knowledge applied in projects ranging from residential renovations to industrial with a commercial focus. Paulo is highly skilled in taking concept drawings to completed projects, gained from working as an architect, property promoter and a city planner.

Hamish Lamont - International Business Development

Hamish holds an international Bachelor in Business Management and has worked on business development, sales and marketing strategies for numerous high profile companies and subdivisions over the last ten years. Hamish specialises in property industry marketing and consults to a number of businesses and large- scale property developments, establishing sales and marketing strategies in New Zealand and worldwide. One of Hamish’s greatest assets is his inside knowledge of the New Zealand building industry.

Peter Ball - Head of Operations China

Peter has been forging international connections in the building industry during the past two decades. Originally a developer in New Zealand, Peter has spent the past 20 years working in the United States and South America devising new technologies and building principles. Leveraging off relationships in China, Peter relocated there permanently in 2006 to supervise the establishment of the Loksa-owned manufacturing plant.

Miss Wan Li Wen - Human Resources Manager

Miss Wan has worked with a number of large European corporations as a human resources consultant. Holding a degree in Marketing, Management and Human Resources, Miss Wan is regarded internationally for her ability to build large and highly skilled teams from senior management down.

Management Brazil

Luiz Antonio Iannuzzi - Granite Division

Qualified architect and Brazilian Ambassador, Luiz is a leading international consultant to the stone industry. Based in Victoria, Brazil, Luiz works together with the Loksa senior management to secure granite mines and develop the diamond multi-wire technology that is set to improve the efficiency of Loksa’s stone mining division.

Management Fiji

Peni Drodrolagi - Resource Consent Management

Mr Drodrolagi was a former Director and Board Member of both the Fiji Islands Trade and Investment Bureau (FTIB) and the Agricultural Marketing Authority (AMA). He rose to the level of CEO in Shell Fiji Limited and held the position for three years before leaving in 2005 to establish his own business. Mr Drodrolagi currently works with Loksa to facilitate land and resource acquisitions (including native hardwoods) in Fiji. His experience covers the areas of marketing and sales, supply chain management, project management, audit and process re-engineering. Mr. Drodrolagi is a science graduate with a MSc degree in Applied Energy from the UK.
